Food, entertainment and memories
The cooking area must be protected from rain, strong wind, and severe weather. A covered patio, tent, or garage may be used. When using a garage, the garage door must remain fully open with proper ventilation and enough space for the chef and equipment.
For safety reasons, hibachi cooking is not permitted inside enclosed living rooms, kitchens, basements, or other spaces without proper ventilation. The final setup must be approved by the chef.
We provide the hibachi chef, cooking grill, cooking equipment, fresh food, and sauces including yum yum sauce, ginger sauce, and teriyaki sauce.
Guests are responsible for providing tables, chairs, plates, utensils, napkins, drinks, and a safe cooking area unless additional rental services have been arranged in advance.
Please prepare a flat, stable, and well-ventilated area for the grill. The chef needs enough room to cook safely and move around the equipment without guests standing directly behind or beside the cooking station.
Keep children, pets, decorations, and flammable materials away from the grill during cooking.
Yes. A $150 deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The deposit is applied toward your final party balance. Please send your payment confirmation and the name used for payment to our booking team.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled party may qualify for a deposit refund. Deposits are non-refundable when a party is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
Rescheduling is subject to chef availability. Please contact our booking team as early as possible when you need to change your party date or time.
Yes. Package minimums may apply depending on the selected menu, number of guests, party location, and regional service area.
You may still book when your party has fewer guests, but the applicable minimum party amount must be met.
A travel fee may apply depending on your full event address, ZIP code, driving distance, chef availability, and regional service area.
Please provide your complete party address so our booking team can confirm the travel fee before your reservation is finalized.
